Thanks Alan. I’ve got plenty of imagination, but I know now that a limited selection and some kind of consistency is the way to go. In my last holiday market, I busted myself basically laying out an entire mini-bakery’s worth of different goods for two days in a row…and then summarily got slaughtered by the stand next to me only selling brownies. Live and learn. We had no shortage of holiday treats to give away, however…
