I 100% agree with this, but I also can’t help feeling that for all the research and articles citing the research and blog posts citing the articles that cite the research that I haven’t yet seen an strong example of what actually works better. Who’s getting it right out there? Where are the success stories of spaces whose design elegantly balances areas for deep work, private areas for breaks or quiet conversations, spaces for ad-hoc collaboration and generative sessions and ones for longer-term ‘war rooms’?
